Kips Holidays ("we", "us", "our") operates as a travel agency based in Sri Lanka. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you enquire about or book a tour with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, number of travellers, planned arrival/departure dates, and any trip preferences you share with us in your message.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a tailored itinerary and quote, coordinate bookings with hotels, drivers and guides on your behalf, and communicate with you before, during and after your trip. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
To arrange your trip we may share relevant booking details (such as your name and travel dates) with accommodation providers, drivers, guides and activity partners strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. Our contact form is processed through Formspree, a third-party form service; please refer to their privacy policy for how submitted data is handled in transit.
Our website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that.
We retain enquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with legal or tax obligations, and resolve any disputes.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below.
