These terms apply whenever you enquire about, book, or travel on a tour arranged by Kips Holidays ("we", "us", "our"), a Sri Lanka-based travel agency. By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
Prices shown on this website (round tours, day tours and itineraries) are indicative, per person on a twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise, and may change based on season, group size, hotel category and availability at the time of booking. A final quote will be confirmed with you in writing before payment.
A booking is confirmed only once we have received your agreed advance payment and issued a written confirmation. Accepted payment methods and the deposit amount will be communicated to you directly during the booking process.
Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel, and may also depend on the cancellation policies of the hotels, drivers and activity partners already booked for your trip. We will always share the specific cancellation terms for your itinerary before you pay any deposit.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visa, and adequate travel insurance for your trip. Please share any medical conditions, dietary needs or mobility requirements with us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Kips Holidays arranges transport, accommodation, guiding and activities through vetted local partners. While we take care in selecting these partners, we are not the direct operator of third-party services (such as hotels, airlines or independent activity providers) and our liability is limited to the arrangements we directly control.
We are not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government travel restrictions. We will work with you to adjust plans where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
